Shipping policy

Current fulfillment status: In-store pickup only. Shipping is not currently available.

Order Processing

Online orders are typically prepared for pickup within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing may take longer during major product releases, holidays, severe weather, or periods of unusually high order volume. If there is a known delay, we will contact the customer.

In-Store Pickup Only

Onis Emporium is currently accepting online orders for in-store pickup only at our Deming, New Mexico storefront.

Shipping is temporarily unavailable and will be added at a later date.

Customers should select Pickup during checkout.

Pickup Notification

Please wait until you receive a Ready for Pickup notification before coming to the store.

Orders should not be considered ready until that notification has been sent.

Order Verification

Customers may be asked to provide their order confirmation or other information needed to verify the order at pickup.

If someone other than the purchaser will be picking up the order, please contact us in advance.
