Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
Processing times may be longer during major product releases, holidays, severe weather, or periods of unusually high order volume. Any known delays will be communicated to the customer.
Shipping Area
Onis Emporium currently ships within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout. Rates may vary based on the destination, package size, package weight, and selected shipping service.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be emailed to the customer once an order has been packaged and the shipping label has been created. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Onis Emporium is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service interruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Please contact us at info@onisemporium.com if your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost.
Customers should also check around the delivery area, contact household members, and contact the shipping carrier when tracking shows that a package was delivered but cannot be located.
Photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label may be required for damaged-package claims.
